For the purpose of increasing the holdings of the two listed companies, Great Wall Life said that it is a long-term investment based on the allocation needs of insurance companies and the allocation value of the company, and the funds come from their own funds. After this equity change, Great Wall Life does not rule out the possibility of continuing to increase the shares of the two listed companies in the next 12 months.

According to the announcement, from January to May this year, Great Wall Life has the operation of buying Jiangnan water and Chengfa environment through collective bidding every month. Based on the latest market capitalization of the two listed companies, the market value of Great Wall Life's current holdings in Jiangnan Water is about 262 million yuan and that of Chengfa Environment is about 401 million yuan. According to the disclosed average holding price, Great Wall Life has made a profit in both listed companies.

After the completion of this equity change, the control of the two listed companies, Jiangnan Water and Great Wall Life, will not change.
