[Shijiazhuang optimized Rental Housing withdrawal Policy] Securities Times e Company News, Shijiazhuang Housing Provident Fund Management Committee issued a notice on optimizing the rental housing withdrawal policy, which will be implemented as of June 1, 2024. Among them, it is proposed that if the withdrawal conditions of the rental housing accumulation fund in Shijiazhuang City are met, the cumulative withdrawal amount in the same natural year shall not exceed 12000 yuan per person; if the rental contract registered on the Shijiazhuang housing rental supervision service platform is provided, the cumulative withdrawal amount in the same natural year shall not exceed 15000 yuan per person. Families that meet the conditions for the withdrawal of rental commercial housing provident fund and have two or more children shall provide proof of family membership (such as household registration book, birth medical certificate, etc.), and the cumulative withdrawal amount of workers and spouses in the same natural year shall not exceed 18000 yuan per person.
