The Circular on carrying out Party discipline study and Education in the whole Party issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee pointed out that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement the revised Communist Party of China Disciplinary regulations (hereinafter referred to as the regulations). As a basic law for standardizing the behavior of party organizations and party members, the regulations have always been guided by Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. to ensure that the whole party is highly consistent with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core in terms of political stand, political direction, political principles and political road, and constantly promote the in-depth development of administering the party strictly in an all-round way, and enhance the creativity and cohesion of the whole Party. It plays a very important role. Therefore, to comprehend and understand the revision of the regulations from the five logic of political logic, theoretical logic, realistic logic, practical logic and value logic is of great significance for the broad masses of party members and cadres to enhance their awareness of discipline and improve the cultivation of party spirit. it is of great significance to promote the study and education of party discipline with high quality.

To strictly enforce Party discipline, the first and foremost thing is to strictly enforce political discipline, and abiding by political discipline and political rules is the basis for observing all Party discipline. Our party has always emphasized the need to cultivate "conscious discipline." The first principle of amending the "Regulations" this time is to adhere to respecting and safeguarding the Party Constitution, adhere to the systematic concept, adhere to the strict tone, adhere to scientific regulations, refine the provisions and requirements of the Party Constitution, and use the Party Constitution as a ruler to measure cadres. Measure work and maintain the authority and seriousness of the Party Constitution.
